Facial Plastic Surgery

Cosmetic Concern: 52-year-old woman with lower facial lines and eyebrow ptosis.

Diagnosis: Aging face with eyebrow ptosis, lower facial wrinkles, and neck laxity

Treatment: Endoscopic forehead lift and lower facelift. The key to a natural result is to leave the face calm, not pulled. We only have finite resources to look as good as possible. A surgery should not use these resources up. Additional procedures can always be performed if needed such as chemical peel, fat transfer, fillers such as Perlane® and Restylane®, and BOTOX® to finish a look. Her down time was 10 days. Surgery is typically performed at the UCLA Surgery Center under IV sedation.
