Eyelid Surgery

Cosmetic Concern: 43 year old concerned with the heaviness of the right upper eyelid and the fullness in the lower eyelids.

Diagnosis:

1. Asymmetric eyebrows
2. Herniated lower eyelid fat

Treatment:

1. Right upper eyelid surgery
2. Bilateral lower eyelid surgery
