Revisional Asian Eyelid Surgery

Cosmetic Concern: 28 year-old with a history of prior Asian blepharoplasty. She was unhappy with the absence of her double fold, poorly defined upper eyelid crease and crepey upper eyelid skin.

Diagnosis:

  1. Excessive removal of upper eyelid skin
  2. Upper eyelash ptosis
  3. Poorly defined upper eyelid crease

Treatment:

  1. Micro-anchor blepharoplasty. Note her appearance at one week with minimal bruising. In the after photograph she is 6 months out from surgery with a significant improvement in the appearance of her eyes with a well define double fold.
