Revisional Asian (Double Fold) Eyelid Surgery

Cosmetic Concern: 29-year-old woman with prior two prior unsatisfactory non-incisional crease surgeries. Desires to have a right eye that matches the left eyelid

Diagnosis

1. Failed non-incisional DST surgery.

Treatment:

1. Anchor blepharoplasty.

Discussion: Using the Micro-Blepharoplasty approach developed by Dr. Steinsapir, he was able to make a hard crease in the right upper eyelid that accomplished what this woman was looking for.
