Diagnosis
- Malar festoons (bags).
- Aging face.
- Jowling.
Treatment:
- Full-face chemical peel.
- Lower face and neck liposuction.
Discussion: Note the dramatic improvement in the quality of her skin and the contour of her lower face. She had 8 days of down time with her procedures. A lower facelift would have made a bigger difference, but this patient did not want the down time or the need for a general anesthesia.
