Cosmetic Concern: 52-year old man troubled by the deep circles under the eyes. He was looking for an alternative to having eyelid surgery. He is also concerned with the fullness of the lower face and neck.
Diagnosis
- Midface ptosis.
- Lower eyelid dark circles.
- Lower face and neck adiposity.
Treatment:
- Undereye Deepfill™ Restylane®
- Lower face and neck liposuction.
Discussion: The undereye treatment was so easy that he felt comfortable returning to work the next day. He had the lower face and neck liposuction under local anesthesia awake in the office. The procedure was performed on a Thursday and he returned to work on that Monday. The treatment is very comfortable and effective.
