Cosmetic Eyelid Surgery
Cosmetic Concern: 39-year old woman who is concerned about her heavy upper eyelids. Specifically, she finds that it is difficult to use upper eyelid make up. She has always had a heavy upper eyelid fold and thinks that this is one of her best features. She is simply looking for a place to put her eye make up with it smudging.
Diagnosis:
- Eyebrow ptosis with hooding.
- Lower eyelid wrinkles.
Treatment:
- Upper anchor blepharoplasty.
- Tricholoracetic 20% peel of the face.
