Microdroplet™ BOTOX® and Deepfill™ Restylane®
Aesthetic Concern: 44-year old woman concerned about her falling eyebrow, crowsfeet lines, under eye circles, and the nasolabial folds.
Diagnosis
- Eyebrow ptosis.
- Undereye dark circles.
- Prominent nasolabial fold.
Treatment: She elected to be treated with Microdroplet™ BOTOX® and Restylane®.
Discussion: Her BOTOX® is done to create a forehead lift effect. Notice that she has a very natural result with no evidence of forehead paralysis or unwanted muscle recruitment. The effect of the BOTOX® treatment typically lasts on the order of 4 to 5 months before retreatment is needed. The Restylane® is used to fill under the eyes and in the nasolabial folds. The Deepfill™ Restylane® is typically effective for about 12 months. The combination of treatments has resulted in a rejuvenation effect that simply can’t be achieved with surgery. The service is performed in the office and can be done at the time of your initial consultation.
