I’m unhappy with my eyelid surgery, and my surgeon doesn’t understand why

It is controlling the details of eyelid surgery that achieves a natural result including understanding how the eyelid fold interacts with the eyebrow position; how to preserve upper eyelid fold fullness; how to control the break of the upper eyelid fold to expose just the right amount of the upper eyelid platform, where to place the upper eyelid crease; and how to trim the eyelid platform skin and re-suspend it to the levator aponeurosis to support the eyelashes and snug the eyelid platform skin. These are the critical details that should go into each and every upper eyelid blepharoplasty.
